Thanks for all of your sweet encouragement and support yesterday! Sharing Haddie Lee’s birth publicly was both a challenge and an honor. I hoped and prayed that it would hit well in the all the right spots for those reading. I appreciate the feedback and kind words more than you know.
Lora put together this slide show for us, with some of her favorite moments from the day. I received the disk full of hundreds of photos over the weekend, and it turns out her slide show selections are still my favorite. She captured our journey so well.
The song is my husband’s. It’s entitled, There Awaits a Throne. I walked down the aisle to it at our wedding, and it seemed fitting to put behind these images of our baby queen entering our world. I hope you enjoy.

Thanks for sharing these photos with us. What a beautiful, messy, crazy, emotion-filled birth! I have to say I think my favorite one is the one with tears on your cheeks, not because you’re in pain, but WOW. What love.

Well if that wasn’t the most perfect slideshow of photos I’ve ever seen! Beautiful Rachael, just beautiful! Don’t tell Chris, but towards the end I had to turn down the music some so that I didn’t completely burst into tears while at work. :) Congrats again you two!
